Stop Obsessive Thinking
When I say, ‘Stop Obsessive Thinking’, what goes through your mind? Do you think that I am suggesting that you meditate? Well, there is a bit more to it than that. The reality is, our thoughts are not actually real. Yep, I said it. When you consider the only thing that is real is what’s happening right here, right now you see that our thoughts are not actually real.
The truth and reality of the matter is that you will never be able to ‘stop thinking.’ But, you will need to stop ‘obsessive thinking’ if you want to move into your Purpose and be all that you were created to be. The key word here is ‘obsessive’.
Realize that 96% of our thoughts are subconscious! But, also realize that we can change our thoughts, and therefore, change our lives! We can begin to reprogram the limiting belief systems and false thinking patterns that we’ve come to know all so well. So, when you see a thought come in, learn to practice mindful thinking and find the Truth in your thoughts so that life can begin to take on a whole new meaning.
As you focus on being aware and mindful, there will be a Peace that you will learn to feel more often. Quieting the mind is an extremely efficient way to create new and healthy thoughts. As we rebuild our brains, We can, with practice, replace the myriad of limiting and self-defeating thoughts processes.
It’s possible to completely change the way you think, act, and do things. It only takes focus and intention… OH, and WILLINGNESS! We must be willing to understand that our ‘best thinking’ got us to where we currently find ourselves.
