Only You Can Free Yourself

Only You Can Free Yourself from the false sense of self that you’ve built up over time. We live in a world that tells us that who we are is comprised of ‘what we do’, ‘what we have’, and ‘what other people think about us.’

‘What we do’ is relative to our title or occupation. ‘What we have’ is relative to our possessions or what or ‘who’ we own. ‘What other people think about us’ is relative to our reputation. These things make up who society says we are. Unfortunately, this state of consciousness keeps us pushing and striving to attain more and working toward being ‘better’ members of society. Life is about real connection, love, joy and peace. When we realize and embrace the ability to be still, the ability to be quiet, and the ability to just BE, the world takes on a new meaning… one with purpose and joy and Freedom… and just know this:
