How to Find Inner Peace. Finding inner peace is not only transformational, it is also seemingly elusive and vague. However, it is worth finding and it is more valuable than anything material we may ever attain.
But, before we begin to search for inner peace, we MUST SLOW DOWN. We must slow down so that the noise in our head may be either turn down or turned off. You see, our world moves at a very fast pace and our ego keeps us living in the past and living in the future.
As we strive to attain and strive to build and maintain a reputation, or strive to climb the ladder of success, we strive to find inner peace in all of the wrong places.
The ego which strives for more will try to make it seem as though happiness and inner peace are found externally. When we become quiet, we when we become still, and when we live in the moment, we then begin to understand how to find inner peace.

How to Find Inner Peace
How to Find Inner Peace: search for it within yourself. When we stop to realize that we are okay even if external circumstances do not line up in a way that society, the world, our parents, or even our spouses believe they should line up, we begin to see that what we think of ourselves is far more important than what anyone else thinks of us.
The more quiet and still we become, the more we can implement the practices of prayer and meditation on a consistent basis and the the more inner peace we will experience
To help you Pause, be mindful, and find inner peace, over the next 10 weeks I will be releasing a downloadable Meditation MP3 that will be released every Friday.
Music, mediation and prayer have been PIVOTAL in my transformation and I KNOW that these Meditation MP3s will help you do the same. In fact, the MP3s include background music composed by Kai Engel that I listen to EVERYDAY as part of my daily meditations, AS WELL AS a guided meditation by David Domm (author of Living in the Pause).
